I had 00:06:05.199 --> 00:06:08.136 met councelor Fraser from 00:06:08.160 --> 00:06:11.160 Waverley at Alga earlier that year and 00:06:12.400 --> 00:06:14.776 reached out to councelor Fraser who 00:06:14.800 --> 00:06:17.800 advised that had the timing of his 00:06:18.400 --> 00:06:19.976 events been different, he could have 00:06:20.000 --> 00:06:22.056 actually been in the firing line at 00:06:22.080 --> 00:06:25.080 the Bondi pavilion that night. 00:06:26.240 --> 00:06:28.216 After speaking with councelor Fraser, I 00:06:28.240 --> 00:06:30.856 reached out to the mayor of Glen Eira, 00:06:30.880 --> 00:06:33.880 councelor Zmood Simone Zmood. They see them as 00:26:22.000 --> 00:26:23.176 triggers, even if they're not always 00:26:23.200 --> 00:26:26.200 intentionally meant as such.
